Because we had lost the only key to our display cabinet lock we ordered a replacement lock from Niche Locks which was delivered very promptly. In the meantime we found the missing key hidden inside our granddaughter's doll's house! Niche Locks not only very kindly agreed to take back the new lock in it's original packaging, they did so with great courtesy and fully refunded us immediately. I can highly recommend them and they will be my first port of call if and when I ever need a new lock.

I recently became a part time teacher and needed to store confidential information in a secure place under the freedom of information act 2000. So I fitted two black combination locks to my office filing drawer and they work beautifully and for added security I can change the combination code quite easily. Also I brought one that was too short and had to return it and got a full refund and was able to speak on the phone to a sales rep who explained and answered all my questions. By all accounts a good company to do business with.

I order a a lock from niche I was looking for a chest lock lid lock after searching the normal DIY shops but with no luck I came across the niche web sit and glad I did. I found the lock I needed for a project. I was very pleased with the service and they kept me informed via e-mail on delivery not only that the quality of the lock was great. This site I have bookmarked for future reference I would highly recommend them.

Craig gave excellent and professional advice about mortice locks for an old bureau desk.
We subsequently changed our original order, the refund was immediate and new payment made.
He also cut keys which were missing in old locks on a Georgian chest of drawers . Prompt service by post.
